Code of Ethics

Objectives

The present code of ethics has the following objectives:

Establish the criteria and norms of ethical behavior that all current and future employees of the company must observe.
Involve managers and employees in respecting these standards and in the obligation to comply with them.
To make our ethical values as a company known to all interested individuals, entities, and organizations.

We respect the dignity and freedom of individuals, regardless of their race, sex, religion, social origin, abilities, or political choice.
All workers, managers, and employees of HIDROSERVER shall maintain respectful, honest, and loyal conduct towards their colleagues, clients, collaborators, and suppliers.

HIDROSERVER will at all times respect the fundamental principles related to human rights, labor rights, environmental protection, and anti-corruption policy.
All HIDROSERVER workers must perform their duties in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards for each task, as established by both the company and the Administration.
No executive or employee may establish contact with dishonest individuals or organizations that could harm HIDROSERVER's interests or whose conduct compromises the prestige of our company and the principles outlined in this code.

In our personnel policy, we will have special sensitivity to promote that every worker who is part of HIDROSERVER shares a vision aligned with the values and commitments expressed in this document.

The selection of suppliers shall be based on quality, profitability, and service criteria.

The advertising that HIDROSERVER makes about its products and services must be true, honest, and legal, avoiding any type of deception.
Advertising generated shall avoid violating human dignity and integrity and shall, in any case, be respectful of people's cultural symbols, sex, religion, physical ability, race, or political affiliation.

The commitment to environmental protection must be observed continuously and actively within the company.
The company's places of stay and activity shall be monitored to minimize any environmental impact.
The manufacturing and use of HIDROSERVER products will be in line with the principle of environmental care and improvement.
Energy sources should be used efficiently and the recycling of materials used should be encouraged.

Part of our company's values are the concern and interest in carrying out solidarity actions that help improve the present and future of disadvantaged groups.
HIDROSERVER will guide its solidarity actions under criteria of disinterested aid and transparency.
HIDROSERVER is committed to disseminating information and calling for collaboration from its stakeholders in solidarity campaigns in which the company participates.
None of HIDROSERVER's policies or business actions shall infringe upon the current living conditions of the local communities in whose vicinity it operates, nor shall they jeopardize their sustainability.

This code of ethics is intended for all current and future employees of HIDROSERVER, who must observe its rules in any action related to the company.
