Features
Ours Polyethylene septic tanks, properly sized, installed, and maintained, observe the following yields in water treatment of a domestic or similar type:
- Decrease in BOD5 – Performance of the 30%
- Decrease in MES – Performance of the 60%
Designed for individual installations and small communities, it supports all household water, except rainwater, for treatment.
They have a 600mm manhole and include a biological pre-filter basket at the tank outlet.
The sludge accumulated at the bottom of the integral pit must be emptied. This extraction must be carried out according to the occupancy frequency. The sludge emptying is done through the manhole.
PE2000 septic tanks and higher references have CE marking, according to standard UNE EN 12566-1.

THREE COMPARTMENTS DEBUGGING:
1st compartment From the start: contaminated water, sedimentation of coarse solids, digestion by anaerobic bacteria, and decantation of the top water layer to the next compartment.
2nd compartment, The clarification of water continues through bacterial digestion and fine sedimentation. Decant into the next compartment.
3rd compartment Plastic coil biological filter with aerobic or anaerobic bacteria, depending on whether the water exits the pit from the top or bottom. Final effluent cleaning.

FRP Total Oxidation Debugging Equipment

Biological Oxidation Reactor of TWO COMPARTMENTS:
1st compartmentThe water undergoes prolonged aeration using a blower pump and diffusers. Bacterial digestion of the waste occurs with AEROBIC bacteria (faster and more efficient than anaerobic). The top layer of water decants to the next compartment.
2nd compartmentBacterial digestion, fine sediment settling, and water clarification. Recirculation of the settled fine sludge in this compartment, back to the 1st chamber, to continue being treated and reduced (the equipment has an extra pump that recirculates the sludge back to the 1st compartment).
