Filter cartridges and cartridge housings

Leak
Dido self-cleaning filter, manual and automatic
Dido self-cleaning filter for drinking water intake, designed to retain suspended particles such as gravel, rust, or metal scale and protect boilers, reverse osmosis systems, or water softeners. Complies with UNE 13443-1.
Features
The Dido self-cleaning filter is installed at the entrance of the house's drinking water. The objective is to remove foreign bodies in the water such as gravel, metal scales, slime, rust, etc.
The removal of suspended particles smaller than 2mm is fundamental in the treatment of domestic water. Filtration is all the more essential the more sophisticated the installed equipment is, such as boilers, water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, water dispensers…
These devices can be defined as “protective filters” and are therefore designed for this purpose, so they are not suitable for filtering water containing large amounts of lime, sand, or other materials. In these cases, a coarser particle filtration system must be placed upstream of the Dido filter.

Self-cleaning, automatic
Periodically, as established when programming the switch, the filter automatically cleans the filter element.
Specifically, the timer activates the automation device which, by rotating the knob on the bottom of the filter 180° clockwise, activates the Turbo-clean impeller, simultaneously opening the drain. During this operation, the

Manual Self-Cleaning DIDO Filter Silver
DIDO SILVER Filter for legionella control and prevention, with silver-coated antibacterial cartridge and 50-micron filtration, in accordance with RD 3/2023, RD 614/2024, CTE and UNE 13443-2.

Among our solutions, the DIDO SILVER filter stands out, as it is equipped with an interior cartridge coated with silver, for 50-micron filtration.
The DIDO PLATA has an antibacterial cartridge with a 50-micron silver filtration mesh, which are essential requirements to comply with the Technical Building Code (CTE) and European standard 13443-2. It complies with Royal Decree 614/2024 and Royal Decree 3/2023.
